March 20, 2017, art salon “the end of the painting?” held by Eye Art International Youth Exhibition and Tsinghua Academy of Art, Art History major, helping art students learn from each other and share meaningful creative experiences. And this art salon invited graduated and interesting young artist Huang He to sharing her creative ideas with us.

Why you name yourself such a odd name?
she says:
"Because I want to be an ordinary laity,
Do my art as an ordinary laity,
Not an artist. ”
"I hope I can have wider art audience, and my own position is outside the art world, I hope i can make those who never touch the art get shocked by my art." This is Huang he’s different ambition.
In the general mass media platform, pure art is always hard to follow, most people do not understand art and feel difficult to resonate. But illustrator or cartoonist can set up the bridge between "art" and "popularity". Huang's works, in addition to her artistic interpretation, providing an access to the audience outside the art circle, so that they are nurtured by art. Because there is no rules, Huang's expression are more diverse, Huang He received a lot of good response through her microblog account. Let her feel that "art popularization" really worth a try.
Huang accept the traditional art system of education since her childhood, she knew the routine rules of art from the age of 6, learning the basis of painting and the knowledge of anatomy or structural lines. But she is very resistant to this traditional way, she loves painting, loves art, but can not accept the traditional boring way of painting.
During the process of her searching for her own way, she gradually get touched with some techniques and internet tools which completely different from traditional painting, although unlike traditional paintings media, they could be new medias for the expression of art. In this case, she combined these different media to create her own artistic language.
She often take fully use of modern electronic tools to paint. In order to pursue the sense of transparency of the painting, she will constantly erase rubber by the ps software in the background of picture, until produce to her ideal transparent effect.

"Plant World"
Our environment is filled with concrete buildings, dust. Urban plants are no longer free, they are arranged in the urban environment as an organism regulating the urban environment by artificial cultivation. Plant’s growth are supposed to be free and unrestrained. But we prune plants as we want in order to add the beauty of our living environment. Plants have their own characteristics. I want to imagine a plant-dominated world, in this world, we could listen to the voices of plants in a spectator's perspective.。

“Summer mix"
If we break the logical relationship of conventional things, transform the relationship between man and nature. What is the relationship between man and the world? This group of paintings uses the "absurd group" approach to conceive, imagine and show the daily life of people in the summer, intended to guide the viewer to play their own imagination, not rigidly adhere to the conventional thinking. We can call it her creative language.

We can clearly feel the sparks in her work. Whether the birth of these interesting works was based on inspiration, or followed by her inner monologue - nature. When they communicate in a new way of digital media, it is given more fashionable avant-garde connotation.
